Minimum Withdrawal Amount
You can request a withdrawal starting from a minimum of 100 DKK
Step 1: Access your withdrawal page
You can access the withdrawal page from your Finances
A page will appear showing your balance, bonuses, and open withdrawals.
Step 2: Select the amount and request a withdrawal
Winnings are paid out using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. In the event that we are unable to process the payout to the most recent payment method, the funds will be transferred to the bank details registered in your account.
If you've won a prize by betting bonus funds, your withdrawal will be processed to your bank account.
Should you wish to update your bank details, please contact our customer service team and provide proof of your new bank account.
Step 3: Receive Funds
Withdrawals are processed quickly, typically within a few hours, but may take up to 48 business hours to complete.

Can I withdraw to someone else's bank account?
To protect your money, you can only withdraw funds to your own bank account.
Withdrawal wasn't allowed because there's an "amount in game".
If you request a withdrawal but it says you have an amount in game, it means part of the money you want to withdraw is still active in a game. You probably closed the game before the last spin or hand was finished. To withdraw the money, reopen the game and finish your hand. As soon as that’s done, you should be able to make the withdrawal. Please contact us if you can’t find the right game, and wait until we have sorted it out before playing further.
